This outback was a pretty good dining experience. Clean, fast service and great food at a receivable price. We arrived a few minutes before the sunset and were promptly seated outside by the water. I took a party of 15 to eat for my aunts birthday and its safe to say her tip was well deserved. She had our drinks, appetizers and food all on time. Great all around experience.

My wife and I haven't been to outback steakhouse for a couple of years. Tonight was a reminder as to why. The 5 ounce sirloin was cooked as ordered, medium rare, however it was so tough the steak knife could not penetrate the steak. The baked potato was a dark gray color with a dry texture. It appeared to be yesterday's leftover potatoes. The Caesar salad was okay but it was drowned in dressing. The all you can eat shrimp where the size of your pinky. Both styles, garlic in oil or deep-fried, where disguised with a garlicky oil or a thick batter. I am sure the memory of this terrible meal will fade with time; and once again try the outback steakhouse in a couple of years.

I actually like this location over a few others in the county. I was on a date, and we choose to eat here because it was late and not a lot was open. We asked to sit in a section in the back so we could talk and although they were trying to clean up for the night they were extremely accommodating. The wait staff was great, and attentive although half way through our meal the waitress changed due to the time of night, but she was great too. The apps were good, and the main course was amazing. For a bigger chain of restaurants you can't always expect amazing, but this location tries to do a good job. The drinks were reasonable, and i'd go back.

I went for their steak and lobster special they are running. I usually give my hubby my steak and he gives me his lobster tail, WELL the lobster tails looked like a large shrimp, tasteless, no seasoning, And all you get with it is a potato, no Veggies, No salad, Just two tasteless baby if ya wanna call it lobster tails. The service was slap it down, and on to next table, rushed and the girl was overpowered by the group of tables she had. I learned to never order lobster in a steak house, and they have cut corners deleting veggies, and the whole dinner left me disgusted!i

Went for my birthday with another couple. Our server (Britanny?) was outstanding. She was very patient, helpful, and funny to boot! As a drink, I had the 'rita trio' which was great. All 4 of us shared a blooming onion which was fantastic. My steak, which was supposed to be "still mooing", was overdone but was quickly changed with personal apologies from the manager. The accompanying lobster tail "Oscar" was among the best lobster I have ever had, and I have had my share! My table-mates were equally happy with their choices. Made the mistake of asking if they did anything special for birthdays!! We had already declined dessert but were treated to a very lively rendition of Happy Birthday performed by a handful of servers, as well as a most delicious ice cream/cookie dessert which is on the kid's menu (shame, cause it was ggrrrrreaat! --Oreo cookie crumble in case you're interested). We shared that too! This was my first time ever at an Outback and I was very happy. Will definitely be going back.

The steaks get smaller and smaller with each visit and so do the size while the prices seem like they are always increasing. Not to mention they are understaffed on busy nights and the place is dirty and smells like wet rags. Save yourself some time and go to a proper steakhouse. No Rules, Just Right. More like No Rules, Just Shit

We had dinner here last night, and there were some issues with our food. The steak my mother ordered was undercooked, so she asked if they could grill it more. Her steak came back, but it barely changed. My chicken sandwich was overcooked, and the cheese fries I ordered with it were soggy & old, much like the kind you'd find in TV dinner. I will say that our server was prompt which is rare for this location. However, we still plan on going to the location on Lantana, in which the food is better, and they are actually able to fix issues with our order.

I have been to several Outback locations, but this one just doesn't hit the mark. It was extremely loud and full of teenagers with a huge wait time on a Thursday evening, which should have been the first red flag to maybe seek another dining option for the night. As soon as we were seated I noticed that I sat in some kind of steak sauce that was left on the booth seat, ughhhhh, but I tried my best not to let it bother me. I then ordered my usual Outback sirloin, medium temp, and it came out significantly undercooked. I brought it to our server's attention, and she took it away and said she would fix it. My husband was almost halfway through his meal when she brought back THE SAME EXACT steak, only this time it was shrunken and tough. At this point I just wanted to get out of there, so I had our server box it up in case I wanted beef jerky as a midnight snack. Our server was very nice though and clearly felt bad about the kitchen screw up, but no one even bothered to send over a manager, which to me indicates they don't really care if the customer has a poor experience.

Dinner was great tonight. My Victoria's Filet was so tender and juicy - I could have ate another one! The bloomin' onion was super fresh, and my sides were great. Definitely enjoyed our dinner last night. Will be back like always.

Did call ahead seating and still took us 30min to be seated. Appetizer came after 30min. Had a hard time finding the calamari and no flavor at all. An hour later, our main dish came. The steak with ice cold and not cooked as requested. Our side dishes were missing or put on the plate incomplete. After being there for over 2 hours, the manager said he could pack our food and it would be on the house. I thought at least something after he ruined my date night but he still had the guts to bring the bill for the one watery drink we ordered. Awful.

While I like the rebranding that Outback has done in the last few years, this location lacked in many ways. Our wait for a table was not long for a Saturday night but after that things weren't too enjoyable. Our server was friendly enough but we had to ask multiple times for extra lemon, water, butter, etc. The food took almost an hour to come out and this put our plans to get to the amphitheater way behind. It's obvious our food had sat on the line for awhile because most of the steaks were cold. The others in my party did not enjoy most of the meal as well, stating the "Parmesan crust" they offered tasted more like Alfredo that anything. The only enjoyable part was the Mac and cheese side they now offer. While we asked to have our bill as soon as the food came out, it still took 15 minutes to get our cards processed so we could leave. Disappointing that we paid over $40 for cold food that left us wanting to seek an alternative snack afterwards.

All you can eat shrimp. Had a great family dinner there tonight. Great steaks and my favorite the wedge salad.

Came in for a birthday, and was seated relatively fast. We put the food in and it took 35 minutes to get to the table on top of that which they served the most embarrassing food ( cold, dry, wrong order ) Spoke to a manager and they were very kind. At first wanted to reheat the food but later remade the whole order . They also offered a free desert and took a decent percentage off the bill. I'm not sure as to why the food was sitting in the window for so long and why it came out wrong. My guess can only be incompetent cooks.

Very bad experience. Group of 8 and we barely got two pieces of bread. Not one single item was correct. One guy ordered an onion soup and sliced steak; they forgot the onion soup and was brought at the end. Someone else got a steak salad; bowl full of lettuce, barely 1/3 lb steak and they forgot the blue cheese. Another ordered ribeye with onion chips; ribeye was half inch tall and overcooked, and they forgot the onion chips and were brought later. I ordered chicken sandwich; the chicken covered half of the bread's surface. Very disappointed. Will never go back.

Cesar salad is to die for and keeps me coming back! Their dressing has a bit of a kick somewhat similar to pepper and made with artichoke. Very unique taste I've yet to taste anywhere else. Their red wine Sangria (order the pitcher) is made with real fruit, Outback special is my fav and you can never go wrong with a blooming onion!

One of my favorite places to go! The staff is amazing and super friendly. One of my favorite things to eat is the flat bread with the kids Mac. It fills me up.

We eat here 2 or 3 times a year. Have always loved it. Recognizing that it is not a fancy steak restaurant, we always felt the food was good and priced reasonably. Last night we went and sat outside. Service slow, food quality has gone way down. Will be a long time before we might go back. Has gotten a "chain" restaurant feeling.

Went to this outback again this evening for curbside take-away and picked up 2 appetizers. Have to say I was not impressed. We ordered spinach dip and what we got was burnt chips and lukewarm dip that we had to reheat once we got home. We also ordered the Aussie cheese fries and asked for extra cheese and we only got about half the normal amount of cheese. The server did not give us silverware even though it was requested and had to be told twice that we had also ordered drinks. This visit was very disappointing. All the photos here are directly from outback, check the most recent ones that we posted, you'll see what you're really getting.

Came on a Monday night (yesterday) for dinner & had a good experience. When we first walked through the doors, a distinct, musty/mildew smell presented itself... I have a thing with funky smells. I thought to myself: this place really needs a deep cleaning with bleach. Lots of bleach. The tabletop even felt a little grimy but it looked clean. And Okay, maybe I am a little OCD with things that are not clean...but it really seemed like the wash rags were left in the washer for too long without being dried, and they used them to wipe everything down, anyway. Our server was attentive, even if her voice seemed like she was forcing a pleasant tone. The bread was warm & fresh... I've been trying to steer away from heavy carbs but I couldn't resist having more. I ordered the Hearts of Gold Mahi, a Mahi steak seasoned and cooked perfectly, topped with artichoke hearts & sundries tomatoes. I'm positive I've had this dish before but it just wasn't as memorable. The fresh vegetables on the side were steamed to perfection with just the right amount of crispness. My husband ordered half rack of ribs with a sweet potato, which he noted needed a little more sauce. The rib meat seemed to come right off the bone as my husband got deeper into the rack. The sweet potato with butter, cinnamon & brown sugar is always his favorite part! He shared & bite, and it was delicious. Aside from the smell, we had a pretty enjoyable meal!

We went here last night for dinner, and I have to say, since I have been going to this location, the service and food quality have been rapidly declining! We did the "call ahead" wait list and when we got there, we were told there would be a 25-30min. wait, which wouldn't have been a big deal, had there not been several open tables throughout the restaurant! We were finally seated and the server was fairly quick coming over, but after that I could tel it got busy and he didn't come over as much or get back to us as quickly with refills or food. Our soup came out hot and very yummy (although it took time for that come out, like everything else)... then we waited an additional 30-45min. to get our main meal...we even asked twice about it! When it finally came out the food was warm at best, still edible, but not hot by any means...by this time it had taken so long to get our food that we didn't even bother sending it back. The bottomless shrimp is probably the only thing that came out quickly (once refills were ordered). I spoke to the manager after about how slow everything was and she apologized and mentioned that the kitchen was overwhelmed. She gave me a discount for our next visit, which was nice. I have to say...this place better step up their game, there is a new steak place going in down the street and if they keep it up, they will loose customers to the new place!

Its Outback. We go to Outback maybe once a year thinking that things will get better. We had a 25 minute wait, which was fine we weren't in a hurry. After being seated our waiter came right over and took our drink order. My salad was OK, the only problem was rather sliced onions, there was just a massive chunk of the center of the onion. I ordered a chicken sandwich (I have not had great luck with the steaks there). When the sandwich came, the server (a different one) they didn't bring my soup, when I asked for it, she told me I already got a side, the salad. I told her I knew, but that I also ordered the soup. She said well that is extra. Um, yeah, I know. Now, onto my sandwich. It was the smallest piece of chicken I have seen and it was burnt. The avocado was mushy and tasted terrible. The soup was ok, but not as thick and creamy as I am used too. Our server was really cool and offered to bring another sandwich, but I declined. He was new and was trying very hard and was very apologetic. We told him not to worry about it. Overall, our service was great, (besides the snotty server who brought the food) the food was decent, but I am sure it will be a while until we try there again. Also, we heard them sing Happy Birthday at least 5 times in the hour we were there. Do that many people really want to go to Outback for their birthday?

Always worth the wait. I have never had an issue of bad service. There's a nice bar to have a drink while you wait. With plenty of outdoor seating if that's your thing. Blooming onions and ahi tuna are just a few of my favorite apps and all the steaks are wonderful.

My wife and I just had to walk out of here due to lack of service. We came for lunch, sat at a table, and waited 15 mins without anyone asking to give us service. The people behind us waited 20 minutes and left with us. So we walked over to bru's room which is next door.
